Forestry students see real-world situations at annual Forestry Camp
2015 Mar 4
For 100 years the Department of Natural Resource Ecology and Management has been hosting Forestry Camp to provide students the opportunity to see in a real-world situation the curriculum and land management concepts read about in books. For three weeks, the group of 30 students called Lubrecht Experimental Forest, 30 miles outside of Missoula, Montana, home base. With rustic living conditions and activities building student engagement, Forestry Camp provided a one-of-a-kind experience.
