Emily Ramm of Onawa, IA (51040), has received the Polly Baichly Scholarship from the Iowa State University College of Human Sciences for the 2017-18 academic year. Ramm is studying elementary education at Iowa State.

The Iowa State University College of Human Sciences and its academic departments awarded more than $1.3 million in student scholarships and awards for this academic year.
