Lydia Tsui awarded the Ester Catherine Harmon Student Teaching Study Abroad Scholarship

Lydia Tsui, from West Des Moines, Iowa received the Ester Catherine Harmon Student Teaching Study Abroad scholarship to help fund her study abroad trip. Tsui is senior at Iowa State University in the College of Human Sciences studying elementary education. She will be participating in an international study abroad program in Taiwan during the 2015 spring semester.

The Ester Catherine Harmon Student Teaching Study Abroad scholarship is given to students who are preparing to meet requirements of teacher licensure certification or endorsement in teaching a world language other than English and who wish to further their study of that language abroad in a university-approved study abroad program focused on that language.
