Mariah Dougherty receives W. Robert Parks and Ellen Sorge Parks Senior Scholarship from Iowa State University

Mariah Dougherty of Ames, IA has received the W. Robert Parks and Ellen Sorge Parks Senior Scholarship from Iowa State University.

Dougherty is a senior in dietetics in the College of Human Sciences at Iowa State. The award cites Dougherty for demonstrating excellence in scholarship, leadership, university involvement, and community service, with the promise of continued involvement with Iowa State as an alumna.

Dougherty was recognized for the honor at the Iowa State University Student Leadership Awards Ceremony on Sunday, April 24, at the Memorial Union, in Ames.
