Morgan Leach elected project chair of the Iowa State University chapter of Kappa Omicron Nu

Morgan Leach has been elected to serve as project chair of Kappa Omicron Nu's Omicron Gamma Chapter at Iowa State University. Leach, from Indianola, Iowa, is a senior studying child, adult, and family services in the College of Human Sciences at Iowa State University.

Iowa State's chapter of Kappa Omicron Nu was founded in 1913. The national honor society us dedicated to recognizing and encouraging excellence in scholarship, research, and leadership development. Membership in Kappa Omicron Nu is the highest scholastic honor attainable in the area of family and consumer sciences.

Family and consumer sciences education and studies is an area of study offered by the Department of Human Development and Family Studies in the College of Human Sciences at Iowa State University.
