Tara Efobi wins award at The Fashion Show 2018

Tara Efobi of West Des Moines, IA (50265), is one of the 2018 winners of The Fashion Show. Efobi won first place in sportswear and tied for third place in AMD 495: Senior Line category with "Hjemme." Efobi also took second place in sportswear for "Homesick," second place in digital printing, and first place in the sleepwear and loungewear category with "For Ren." Efobi is studying apparel, merchandising, and design at Iowa State.

The Fashion Show at Iowa State University is one of the largest student-run fashion shows in the country. The show, now in its 36th year, featured more than 150 student-designed garments on the runway and in the mounted exhibitions.
